Power Star Pawan Kalyan is romancing Shruti Haasan in his forthcoming film Gabbar Singh, which is the official remake of Bollywood blockbuster Dabangg. It is known that Shruti Haasan is playing the role of a village belle in the movie and here is the latest update that Shruti is playing the character Bhagya Lakshmi in the film.
Shruti Haasan is reprising the role of Sonakshi Sinha in the movie but the erstwhile says her role in the film is a bit different from that of Sonkashi in Dabangg. The actress informed that she is playing a challenging and a distinct role unlike her earlier movies in which she played urbane girl roles.
Gabbar Singh directed by Harish Shankar and produced under Parameswara Arts banner has music by Devi Sri Prasad.
