Sonam shuns beau Punit's film
Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor's got her first super hit in the name of 'I Hate Luv Storys' that was directed by the then newcomer Punit Malhotra. It was a debut film for Punit and with the film he was successful in striking gold with 'IHLS'. The film was also a big boon to Imran Khan who then was down trotted with a series of flop. But now that Punit is gearing to take his next film on floors both his lead stars of 'IHLS' have refused to star in his film.
First it was confirmed that Imran Khan turned down Punit's second directorial film as he wanted to take a break from his romantic hero image. And now it is Punit's supposed lady love Sonam who has refused the offer. The two reportedly started going around while shooting for 'IHLS' and till date are apparently steady in their relationship. But regardless of this Sonam has tuned down the offer. She was recently asked whether she has signed the dotted line or not, "I've heard about that project but I'm not doing Punit's film" confimed Sonam. After Imran walked out, Shahid was considered to play the male lead but now that even Sonam has walked out of his film, it seems that Punit has a tough task ahead.
