Controversial Ayyare finally cleared by Censor Board
Rajendra Prasad's film Ayyare which has hit the floors a year ago hasn't seen its limelight till date. The delay is due to its controversies about the film being made focusing Swamy Nityananda on his sex scandal with an actress. Nithyananda has steeped into the court about Ayyare and demanded to halt the release.
After revising the film for thrice, the committee has finally cleared the censor certification with U/A. Rajendra Prasad is essaying the role of a swamiji who cheats people but the makers say the character has no resemblances to Nithyananda.
Ayyare also casts Sivaji and Sai Kumar in chief roles. Ayyare is directed by a debutant Sagar Chandru and produced by Dr B Sudhakar Babu, Ranganna and Achchappa. The movie is releasing on December 30.
