Abhi denies comparisons between 'Players' and 'Dhoom'
Bollywood actor, Abhishekh Bachchan is denying the comparisons made by audience about his forthcoming flick, 'Players' from his 2006 hit film, 'Dhoom'. The actor states that his upcoming film, 'Players' is an official remake of 2003 Hollywood flick, 'The Italian Job'. However, both of the flicks in which Abhishekh has starred are of same genre but director duo Abbas-Mustan has inculcated several changes in the film.
Abhishekh also revealed that there are variations in the role he played in both the flicks. In 'Dhoom' he played a cop who is hunting for robbers and in 'Players', Abhishekh, himself is a robber. Currently, Abhishekh is in Bangalore, busy promoting his film along with co-stars Sonam Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bobby Deol. The film is scheduled to release by January 6, 2012.
