Don 2 attracts Tamil audience
Shahrukh Khan's Don 2 which got released today is the sequel to 2006 film Don. The character name is Vijay played by Shahrukh Khan, a ruthless evil don who destroys anyone that comes his way.
The film is none other than Superstar Rajinikanth's yesteryear Blockbuster 'Billa' later it was remaked by Ajith as Billa and released in 2007.
But Billa/Don is the original version of Amitabh Bachchan's 1978 Hindi movie Don. The only thing that Shahrukh Khan's Don differs from the above versions is that the twist in SRK's version, at the climax the Don surrives.
In Don 2, the Don is back with more power and he is much evil. The rest forms the new storyline. It seems that the Don 2 succeeds in Tamil dubbed version too. But Ajith's Billa 2 has nothing to do with Don 2, since Billa 2 is a prequel not a sequel.
