Balaji Motion Pictures,' The Dirty Picture' has hit another road block. Hyderabad Court has ordered Nallakunta Police station to file a case against the film's lead, Vidya Balan for posing in the movie resembling indecency and obscenity. The court has termed the Bollywood star as an 'Obscene' actor.
The actor has been booked under the 1986 act of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition). Police have been ordered to take strict actions against the public display of the hoardings and posters of the film. This is not the first time that the film has got hurdle in its way.
Earlier it was the sex siren's Silk Smitha's brother who went to court claiming that his sister is portrayed in a bad manner. Later the film was banned in Pakistan. Though the Pakistan Board has now removed the ban.
'The Dirty Picture' stars Vidya Balan, Tusshar Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah and Emraan Hashmi in the lead. Vidya for first time in her career has gone so much bolder in this film.
